IT System Administrator - Exchange Online / Microsoft 365

Your Responsibilities

• Operation & Security: Support, monitoring, and continuous optimization of Microsoft Exchange Online environments - with a focus on performance, security, and compliance.

• Migration & Integration: Planning and execution of migrations towards Exchange Online or hybrid environments.

• Configuration & Development: Setup, automation, and maintenance of Exchange Online & Microsoft 365 components.

• Interface to customer projects: Technical support for Microsoft 365 implementations and 2nd-level support in project context.

Your Profile

• Completed IT training or studies and several years of experience in the field of Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Powershell

• Independent and structured way of working as well as a high level of service orientation

• Good communication skills - in German & English
